Service Centre operates:
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday to Sunday – 9:00am to 5:00pm

Transitional housing offers whānau who have experienced sudden or episodic homelessness and chance to get on their feet, before being supported into long-term accommodation.
All houses are fully furnished and equipped with their own kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry facilities. Rent is redirected from the clients benefit or paid by automatic payment.
The normal maximum stay in one of our short-term rental houses is 12 weeks, allowing people to actively search for longer term private rental accommodation.
Visionwest Community Housing
Visionwest Community Housing addresses the issue of homeless in New Zealand by providing safe, warm, and quality, rental accommodation for low-income families who cannot access Government-supplied accommodation and cannot afford a private rental.
