Here are a few things to consider volunteering to do .

  • Phoning or visiting someone who might feel isolated and letting them know you care
  • Allow others to phone or zoom with you, giving them time and attention
  • Helping children with school work and creative hobby ideas over the internet
  • Giving IT advice to people over the phone or internet
  • Giving financial advice for people over the phone, who are not aware of their entitlements
  • Helping others to set up and run a balanced budget
  • Picking up some extra shopping when you are out next on behalf of others
  • Picking excess fruit off the trees and offering it to others
